Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, contact us at support@artworldera.app before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved directly and quickly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
Tokens
Token purchases are non-refundable. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred. See our Terms of Service for full token policy.
Print Orders
Defective, damaged, or lost print orders are covered at no cost to you. Fulfilled print orders cannot be returned or refunded as each item is made to order. Contact support@artworldera.app with your order details for any print issues. Print issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Account Issues
If your account has been suspended or terminated and you believe this was in error, contact support@artworldera.app with your registered email address and a brief explanation.
Legal
Use of Art Era is governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, both available at artworldera.app.
Limitation of Liability
Art Era LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid to Art Era in the 90 days prior to the claim.
