Privacy Policy — Art Era LLC

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide including your name, username, email address, phone number, profile information, artwork and event content you post, and payment information processed securely by Stripe. Art Era never stores your card details directly.

We also collect device information and IP address through Stripe for fraud prevention, your profile city for local discovery features, and usage data through Supabase to operate the platform.

Third-party services: Stripe processes all payments per stripe.com/privacy. Twilio delivers SMS verification codes per twilio.com/legal/privacy. Supabase stores your data per supabase.com/privacy. Google Fonts loads typography from Google servers. Art Era does not use advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or any other third-party tracking technology.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and maintain your account, process payments and subscriptions, deliver SMS verification codes, display your content to other users based on location and preferences, send platform notifications and account emails, prevent fraud and maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

Art Era does not sell your personal information to any third party under any circumstances.

3. Data Retention

When you delete your account your personal data, posts, bids, messages, and associated content are permanently deleted from Art Era systems. Payment transaction records are retained by Stripe as required by law for tax and legal compliance. Art Era may retain anonymized aggregate data that cannot identify any individual for platform analytics purposes.

4. Your Rights

GDPR — EU and UK users: You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data. You may request restriction of processing or object to processing. To exercise these rights contact us at support@artworldera.app.

CCPA — California users: You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of your personal information. Art Era does not sell personal information. To exercise your rights contact us at support@artworldera.app.

All users may delete their account at any time from profile settings. Deletion permanently removes your personal data from Art Era systems.

5. Data Security

Your data is stored on Supabase secure servers protected by row-level security controls. All payment processing uses Stripe PCI-compliant infrastructure. Art Era implements industry-standard security practices to protect your information against unauthorized access.

6. Print File Storage

Print files uploaded by artists for fulfillment purposes are stored separately from display images and are transmitted to our fulfillment partner solely to fulfill collector orders. Buyer shipping addresses collected during checkout are shared with Printful solely for order fulfillment and are not used for any other purpose. Print files are not shared publicly or used for any purpose other than order fulfillment. When an artist disables print sales or deletes their account, their print file is removed from active fulfillment systems within 30 days. Art Era is not responsible for unauthorized access to print files resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Third Party Data Processors

Art Era uses third-party services to operate the platform including Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, Twilio for SMS verification, and Printful for order fulfillment. Each of these services maintains their own privacy policies and data security practices. Art Era is not responsible for the data practices of third-party processors beyond our reasonable control. By using Art Era you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these third-party services as necessary to deliver platform functionality. Printful may independently process buyer shipping and order data under their own privacy policy, available at printful.com/policies/privacy. Art Era is not responsible for Printful's data practices beyond our reasonable control.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Art Era uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain user sessions, remember login state, and improve platform performance. By using Art Era you consent to the use of cookies as described in this policy. You may disable cookies in your browser settings but doing so may limit your ability to use certain platform features.

9. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act to request disclosure of the personal information Art Era has collected about you, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of your personal information. 10. Law Enforcement Disclosure

Art Era may disclose user information to law enforcement, government authorities, or other parties when required by law, court order, or legal process, or when Art Era believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Art Era, its users, or the public.

11. Children's Privacy

Art Era is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you have a good faith belief that a minor has created an account contact us at support@artworldera.app. We will review all reports and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law. Submitting a false or bad faith report may result in suspension of your own account.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
