Refund Policy — Art Era LLC

Tokens

Tokens are a digital in-platform currency used to place bids on auction posts. All token purchases are final and non-refundable. Tokens have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for money under any circumstances. Unused tokens are forfeited upon account termination with no refund. Art Era reserves the right to modify token pricing at any time with notice posted on the platform.

Print Orders

When the Art Era shop is active, collectors may purchase artist-designed t-shirts through the platform. All print sales are final. Art Era does not issue refunds on print orders under any circumstances except as described below. Printed colors and details may vary slightly from the original artwork due to the nature of the printing process and screen color differences. This is not considered a defect. Print order issues involving defective, damaged, or lost items must be reported to support@artworldera.app within 30 days of the delivery date confirmed by the shipping carrier, with photos and order details. Art Era will coordinate with Printful to resolve the issue at no cost to you.
